Classes for Kids
Private and small group Learning Lotus classes are provided on an ongoing basis at our Anniston, AL studio.
Each Learning Lotus lesson focuses on a different theme, such as compassion, caring for self and others, community involvement, patience, creativity, and calming the brain, just to name a few. Classes include mindful movement, gentle yoga designed for children, expressive arts activities and opportunities for games and lots of joy!
Private lessons may be especially helpful when addressing the needs of children experiencing special needs such as Autism, ADHD, anxiety, Dyspraxia or coordination challenges, social or emotional regulation struggles or developmental delays. Lori’s extensive experience working with children with special needs allows her to develop a unique program designed to meet your family’s goals, and to work as a valuable resource for your child’s team.
